RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

• products returned incomplete or without their original packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defective or non-conforming products.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

REFUND PROCESSING TIMES

Once the returned product has been received and inspected:

• the refund will be processed within 14 days;
• the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
